Who We Are
We have been active in fintech since 2016, beginning with the launch of one of the earliest Reg CF platforms - GrowthFountain LLC.
In 2023, leveraging our regulatory and product experience, we began developing our own Reg A / Reg D / Reg CF investment platform.
By 2025, we pivoted toward a full Real-World Asset (RWA) platform, driven by increasing interest from blockchain-focused investment firms and the renewed momentum following the STABLE Act.
Our Priorities
We focus on delivering secure, compliant, transparent, and regulator-friendly infrastructure.
Our philosophy is simple:
- Build fewer features, but ensure every component is battle-tested, stable, and thoughtfully designed.
- Prioritize user experience, reliability, and security above all else.
What We Build
Our ecosystem currently consists of eight core components:
- Issuer Portal – for companies to tokenize real-world assets Open source: crypto RWA admin panel using HTMX + django admin
- Investor Portal – for individuals, entities, and SDIRAs Open source: static site generator for tokenization
- Investment Engine – supports FIAT and crypto funding methods Open source: contracts
- Regulatory Compliance Module – ensures adherence to Reg A/D/CF and relevant legal frameworks
- Hybrid Wallet – unified FIAT + crypto wallet infrastructure
- Dividend Engine – enables on-chain, automated dividend distributions
- Liquidity Engine – routes tokens to external liquidity venues (Aave, Morpho, etc.)
- Mobile App – full investment experience on iOS/Android Open source: static site generator -> RWA -> mobile app
Why open source:
- attract motivated engineers
- attract degens
- stimulate current engineers to level up themself
Our RWA Focus
We concentrate on assets where secondary markets, staking, and liquidity provisioning are realistically achievable:
- Government Bonds
- Municipal Bonds
- Corporate Bonds
- Asset-Backed Securities
- Private Market Equity
- Fine Art
Why these?
Assets with standardized underwriting and predictable cash flows enable smoother tokenization, compliance checks, and liquidity options.
Real estate, for example, requires heavy manual due diligence and varies widely - making scalable secondary markets significantly harder.
Platform Status
The platform is live and currently used for demos and partner evaluations.
What we are looking for
- Head of blockchain / crypto division. Basically someone who is active in crypto and can choose right direction and also how willing to get his hand dirty to implement that solution
- Head of devops / adviser. We want to hire contractor / person to do everything everything right. But we don't know what right is - currenctly we have everything on single dedicated server on hetzner and using ansible. Its nice but not sure if its scallable and secure. We need someone who can help us to build tech assignment for devops person.
Future discussions
- Talk about protocol / liquidity engine / dividents engine. Based on dicsussions create a presentation - open dicussion with FT for that front. To get some criticism and to see if they are willing to provide initial capital.
- Trying to prediction the future and think about real use cases of RWA
- Launching our own token. Pros/cons. What to do, what not to do. How to get initial liquidity. Multichain? Ethereum, optimism, base, solana, avax?
- From Vlad - explain current business development status, connections in USA and how everything should evolve - idea case / worth case
